Complete the Questionnaire
Follow the on-screen instructions and complete every item. Self-assessments normally need to be finished in one uninterrupted session.
Pay Securely
Pay through the secure payment provider by an available card or payment method. A payment receipt is issued separately.
Receive Your Report
After payment, download the PDF report and/or request delivery by email. Check your spam folder if the report does not arrive promptly.
Use the Guidance
Read the interpretation carefully and download any separate development booklet linked from the report. Use the findings to support reflection and action.
Save Your Files
Store the report and supporting booklet securely on your own system. Personal details and reports are retained by MySkillsProfile for only 120 days.

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you purchased the assessment yourself, contact support promptly and provide your name, email address, order number and assessment name.

If an employer, recruitment agency, university, coach or other organization invited you, contact the test administrator who issued the invitation. That organization controls report access.
